Ajax full-back Borna Sosa monitored by Crystal Palace | OneFootball

According to Voetbal International, Ajax’s Borna Sosa can count on interest from several clubs abroad. Crystal Palace, among others, have set their sights on the 27-year-old Croatian.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner knows Sosa from his time in the Bundesliga and sees him as a suitable back-up for the manager’s wingback system employed at the Premier League club.

Sosa himself is reportedly interested in the transfer to Crystal Palace, but other clubs have also approached him. It is up to interested parties to reach an agreement with Ajax, with a loan transfer not being an option.

Sosa apparently earns a very high salary for Ajax standards and is still contracted in Amsterdam for three years. Normally, the Croatian would be settled, but Sosa wants to play in the World Cup next year and stay in the Croatian national team picture.

He hopes to find a new club as soon as possible. The left-footer, who played on loan for Torino last season, reportedly has several suitors.
