Two members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid will be forced to walk the disciplinary tightrope in the club’s upcoming meeting with Getafe.

The pair in question? Dani Ceballos, and Lucas Vázquez.

Real Madrid are of course set to return to action later this evening.

Amid ongoing efforts to keep alive their slim La Liga title hopes, Los Blancos will make the short trip across Spain’s capital, for a meeting with the aforementioned Getafe.

In the case of emerging triumphant, Real will close the gap on table-topping Barcelona to four points once more.

As alluded to above, though, in efforts towards as much, two members of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad will on Wednesday be forced to watch their step.

As much comes owing to their respective disciplinary records over the course of the season.

The aforementioned Dani Ceballos and Lucas Vázquez have both been shown yellow cards on four occasions in 2024/25.

Should either pick up another booking at the Estadio Coliseum, they will in turn be facing up to a one-game La Liga suspension.
