Tawanda Chirewa has had a decent start to life as a Terrier, and a permanent move could be on in the summer.

Huddersfield Town returned to form at the weekend, and ended a run of back-to-back defeats with an excellent 5-1 victory at home to Crawley Town in League One.
It has not been the easiest of seasons for the Terriers, and their dream of an instant return to the Championship has not exactly gone to plan so far, although they are now back in the play-off places.
The managerless West Yorkshire outfit have nine games left to ensure that they finish in the top six, with Jon Worthington currently in charge following Michael Duff's sacking earlier in March and there are hopes that the interim manager can deliver in the final two months of the 2024/25 campaign.
The January transfer window was an incredibly busy one for Huddersfield, and they were able to bring in the likes of Dion Charles and Joe Taylor to help bolster their forward line, but it has not yet gone to plan for either of them.
Nevertheless, one other fresh face at the John Smith's Stadium is starting to make a real impact and a permanent move in the summer must surely be on the cards.
Tawanda Chirewa joined the Terriers on deadline day from Wolverhampton Wanderers on a loan deal until the end of the season.
It is the second time that he has left Molineux in 2024/25, having spent the first half of the campaign with Derby County in the Championship, however he struggled with the Rams and his time at Pride Park was cut short.
Despite this previous failure, he has proven that he has more than enough quality for League One and supporters have already been impressed with his endeavour and technique both off the left and in more central areas.
Football League World has asked their Huddersfield Fan Pundit, Graeme Rayner, if his club should look to pursue a permanent deal for the 21-year-old in the summer.
He told FLW: "I think the jury is still out.
"Tawanda Chirewa had a good start, and he's got a lot of potential, but he is still a very, very raw talent. I think he's only got a handful of games under his belt competitively outside of sort of reserve team football and not a lot of minutes at that.
"So I would say the jury is still out. I think he has got loads of potential and it all depends on who is going to be managing the team and what system they're going to play.
"In terms of him being affordable, it's really difficult to know. He's probably not worth a huge amount, maybe about £500,000 or something like that would get the deal done. We could probably afford him as a club whether that represents good value or not. It probably does as he’s only 21."
Graeme continued: "He's fast, he's athletic, he's good on the ball, but I think we need to see a little bit more from him over the last nine games of the season to really be able to make our mind up about that.
"He certainly has been a positive addition even though it felt a little bit like a last-minute panic decision to bring him in during the window.
"But there are so many things that are yet to be determined in terms of what division we're going to be playing in, who's going to be managing the team, what system we're going to use, et cetera.
"It’s also about what other players are available. So, it's a real unknown whether we should or we shouldn't. But if we decide to, then definitely Chirewa would be affordable, I would say."
There is no denying that Chirewa's time at Derby was poor, and he was unable to get up to speed in the Championship, playing just five times in the league for the Rams.
However, he has already nearly doubled those appearances while playing for the Terriers in League One and he is starting to look more and more confident by the game.
Nevertheless, there will be some fitness concerns with the young attacking star, as he is yet to play a full 90 minutes for Huddersfield. But as he is given more opportunities, he will only develop, and the first signs are positive.
It seems unlikely that Wolves will be looking to keep hold of him past the summer, and the Terriers must be the first to pounce to get his signature on a permanent deal and allow him to become a star in blue-and-white.
