Our last league trip to St Mary’s ended in a 1-1 draw back in January 2022, with Aymeric Laporte netting the equaliser just after the hour mark.
Since then, we have visited the Saints twice, winning 4-1 in the FA Cup in March 2022 and then losing in the Carabao Cup in January this year.
We faced them at the Etihad earlier this season and came away with a convincing 4-0 victory.
Julian Alvarez, Kevin De Bruyne, Ilkay Gundogan and Jack Grealish were all on the scoresheet as City came from a goal down to beat Liverpool 4-1 in a pulsating Premier League encounter at the Etihad Stadium.
Southampton were beaten 1-0 at West Ham to leave them bottom of the table.
To be confirmed.
