The wife of Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has reportedly visited Riyadh amid links between the coach and Al-Hilal.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.

Reportedly, the Saudi Pro League club have made the 49-year-old Inter Milan coach their top target to replace Jorge Jesus on their bench.

Al-Hilal’s strategy to lure Inzaghi away from Inter is to offer the coach an absolutely massive financial incentive.

There would certainly be no chance of Inter coming close to Al-Hilal’s wage offer.

There have been some conflicting reports regarding the talks between Simone Inzaghi and Al-Hilal.

The Inter coach seemingly rejected the initial advances from the Saudi club.

However, further reports suggest that the negotiations between Inzaghi and Al-Hilal remain ongoing.

And according to Tuttosport, in the last few weeks, Inzaghi’s wife Gaia Lucariello was in Riyadh.

And this was certainly no coincidence.

The Inter coach’s wife and family are taking the idea of a mega money deal with Al-Hilal seriously.

Therefore, Lucariello visited Riyadh along with an agent and some lawyers recently, reports Tuttosport.

The Inter coach’s wife toured the city and Al-Hilal’s facilities. She also looked at options for a potential future school for her and Inzaghi’s children.
