Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal are reportedly pushing hard to bring in Inter Milan Sporting Director Piero Ausilio.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
In the last few weeks, links have emerged between Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio and Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal.
Reportedly, the Nerazzurri executive is the Saudi club’s top target for their vacant Sporting Director role.
Al-Hilal have already scored one major coup from Inter. They brought in coach Simone Inzaghi at the start of the summer.
And the Saudi club are hoping that they can end the summer by reuniting Inzaghi with Sporting Director Ausilio.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Al-Hilal have made their financial offer to Ausilio.
The Saudi club have already used the temptation of huge wages to convince Inzaghi to take a step down from European football, meanwhile.
And according to the Corriere, Al-Hilal are hoping that Ausilio follows similar priorities.
The newspaper report that Al-Hilal are offering €3 million net per season to Ausilio.
This would be close to triple what the executive earns at Inter, therefore.
Inzaghi has likely played a key role in making Al-Hilal go so hard for Ausilio. Therefore, the 49-year-old successfully built a team with the Sporting Director at Inter, and is hoping for something similar in Saudi Arabia.
