Napoli’s Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa has offer in hand from Chelsea | OneFootball

Serie A champions Napoli are likely to see midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa this summer and Chelsea already have made an offer for him.

The Cameroon international has been key to winning the title this season – as he was under Luciano Spalletti. But he has now made a decision to depart.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that the midfielder has a clause in his current Napoli contract which allows him to evaluate any offers that come his way, even if the Partenopei have exercised the option to extend his deal for another season.

Chelsea have made an approach for him, with the ex-Fulham player already considering the move. It isn’t known whether Napoli will be able to convince Zambo Anguissa to stay or not, with Monaco and clubs in the Middle East also linked with him in the last few weeks.

There has been talk of the fact that the Cameroonian would be in favour of a move back to the Premier League.
