Meet the three Chivas Femenil players celebrating a very special day! | OneFootball

July 16 is a special date for Chivas Femenil, as significant moments in the careers of three of our players occurred on this date in different years: Adriana Iturbide, Montserrat Hernández, and Daniela Delgado.

This day has symbolic value for each of them. In 2018, 'Boyi' made her professional debut in the Liga MX Femenil, while in 2023, 'Montse' and 'Dani' played their first official match as players for the Rebaño Sagrado.

Two years ago, Delgado and Hernández made their debut with Chivas Femenil on Matchday 1 of the 2023 Apertura, in the away game against Tijuana at the Caliente Stadium. 'Dani' started as a starter and played the full 90 minutes, while 'Montse' came on as a substitute in the 64th minute for Anette Vázquez in the 1-1 draw against the Fronterizas.

Meanwhile, exactly seven years ago, 'Boyi' Iturbide made her first appearance in the Liga MX Femenil playing for Atlas in a match against Monarcas at Estadio Morelos. That afternoon, she was part of the starting eleven and played the entire match, thus beginning her career as a professional footballer.
