A Chelsea move for Alejandro Garnacho is likely to be either a loan with an option or obligation to buy, or around £30m according to Matt Law.
Chelsea have already made three attacking signings this summer in Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens, with more expected to follow.
The Blues are locked in advanced negotiations with RB Leipzig for Xavi Simons, whilst they are expected to move for Garnacho before the end of the window.
Chelsea were first linked with Garnacho back in January, but didn’t make a move for the 21-year-old, and those links have continued throughout the summer.
However, the move has really gathered pace this week, with Garnacho said to have given his priority to a Chelsea switch.

Chelsea reportedly don’t want to spend more than £30m on Garnacho, who has also attracted interest from clubs in Europe.
The Blues aren’t expected to move for the Argentine until later in the window, and Law has provided an update on what any potential deal may look like.
“Any Garnacho deal could either be a loan with an obligation or a loan with an option, or it will be something around £30m with many bonuses and clauses,” he told The London is Blue Podcast.
“I do think he probably is a £50-60m player.”
Whilst a move for Garnacho is expected later in the window, Chelsea are working hard to close a deal for Simons.
Simons has made it clear he wants to join Chelsea, with Leipzig thought to want a total package of £60m for the 22-year-old.

The Dutch international wasn’t part of the squad for Leipzig’s latest pre-season friendly on Saturday, and the expectation is a deal will be reached.
Simons can play both on the left and as a number ten, making him an excellent fit for Enzo Maresca’s system, as well as another exciting attacking option.
