According to Corriere dello Sport, Juventus have submitted a €10 million paid loan offer to PSG, which includes a purchase clause that would become mandatory if the club qualifies for the Champions League.

PSG, however, are holding out for a guaranteed transfer fee in the €40 million to €45 million range. Chelsea, Newcastle, and especially Manchester United are all closely monitoring Kolo Muani’s situation ahead of a possible summer move.

Journalist Sacha Tavolieri reports that relations between PSG and Juventus have become tense over Randal Kolo Muani, opening the door for Tottenham to step in. Spurs are now pushing to accelerate talks with PSG, even though the French forward still favors a move to Juventus.

As a result, with Tottenham still looking to strengthen their attack and have set their sights on Kolo Muani, according to a report from Foot Mercato on Thursday. The club are reportedly ready to make a straight transfer offer to PSG, an approach the French side would be open to.

But Spurs aren’t the only ones keen on the forward. The report notes that Manchester United and Newcastle are also in the race, both looking for a long-term striker. That could make things more difficult for Juventus, who are still trying to offload players and raise funds. Competing with the financial power and appeal of Premier League clubs could prove to be a challenge for the Italian side.
