Inter Milan have reportedly taken the lead in hot pursuit of outgoing Lille star Jonathan David, overtaking Barcelona and Juventus.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the reigning Scudetto holders are in pole position to sign the Canadian star.

Jonathan David will leave the Stade Pierre-Mauroy as a free agent in June.

Indeed, his contract at Lille expires at the end of the season, making him one of Europe’s most sought-after prospects.

However, Inter have moved ahead of the queue to sign the 25-year-old.
