Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham on Sunday secured for himself his latest Man of the Match award.
This came owing to his efforts in England’s meeting with the Republic of Ireland.
England marked their return to action a short time ago, welcoming Ireland to Wembley for their final Nations League Group F fixture.
When all was said and done, the Three Lions ran riot, en route to an eventual 5-0 triumph.
And it was Bellingham who proved himself the star of the show.
Afforded a starting berth as the hosts’ midfield spearhead, the 21-year-old first proved decisive in England making the breakthrough, winning a penalty which culminated in both a red card for Ireland, and Harry Kane opening the scoring.
From here, Bellingham then went on to lay on assists for both Jarrod Bowen, and Taylor Harwood-Bellis.
And as much, as alluded to above, saw the Real Madrid star recognised post-match in London.
This came as Bellingham was voted the offical Man of the Match:
