Rangers have emerged as the frontrunners to sign highly rated Tottenham Hotspur youngster Mikey Moore on loan, with a move to Ibrox now looking increasingly likely despite significant interest from the English Championship, according to a report from The Telegraph.

The 17-year-old winger is widely regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Spurs’ academy and made his senior debut under Ange Postecoglou, becoming the club's youngest-ever Premier League debutant at the end of the 2023/24 season.
