PSG look to offload Presnel Kimpembe | OneFootball

It has been two-and-a-half-years since Presnel Kimpembe (29) suffered an Achilles injury that sidelined him for almost two whole years. Since making a return to football in 2025, the Frenchman has, however, failed to regularly feature for Paris Saint-Germain.

He played just 76 minutes of football last season across five appearances, all of which came in the second half of the campaign. However, he has failed to stay fit, finding himself sidelined by multiple niggles across the back half of last season.

Le Parisien now understands that Kimpembe does not feature in Luis Enrique’s plans at PSG. The defender needs game time to find his rhythm and that cannot be guaranteed at his formative club, even less so if Illia Zabarnyi arrives from Bournemouth.

As a result, PSG are looking to offload him this summer. Kimpembe’s deal at PSG expires next summer and so the club are looking for a transfer this summer, if the player agrees.
