For a long time, AC Milan looked like a probable destination for Granit Xhaka.
However, with the Rossoneri now bringing in another playmaker in Luka Modrić, their interest in the Bayer Leverkusen star appears to have cooled.

Xhaka could still end up in Italy, though, with La Gazzetta dello Sport reporting that he has now been targeted by Juventus.
With Juventus’ top targets, Sandro Tonali and Davide Frattesi, proving difficult to sign, the Turin-based club apparently see the 32-year-old Leverkusen midfielder as a good alternative.
Bayer Leverkusen managing director for sport Simon Rolfes has previously made it clear that there is no intention to sell Xhaka.
However, the club would likely not stand in the midfielder’s way if he wanted to leave.
