Injured Juventus star Gleison Bremer has started his recovery path after knee surgery and quoted Greek philosopher Heraclitus in a motivational message on social media.

The Brazilian centre-back suffered a cruciate ligament injury at the beginning of October and underwent surgery in Lyon.

It’s a famous quote from the Greek philosopher Heraclitus that reads: “Everything flows.”

Bremer used precisely the same words in his social media post.

The 27-year-old is expected to remain out of action for at least six months, missing almost entirely the 2024-25 campaign.
