An exclusive article has come out to shut down one of the latest transfer rumours we have seen going around late this week.

Chelsea have not done hardly any transfer business in the January window other than getting some loan moves out done.

EXCLUSIVE! Enzo Maresca under pressure with Blues hierarchy unhappy and concerned with results and form!

Joao Felix was one of the players who went out on loan to join AC Milan and despite a good start there, he has not had a good review in the last couple of games.

One player who is getting rave reviews though is versatile defender and midfielder Rentao Veiga, who joined Juventus on loan last month so he could play as a centre back. He is having a superb time there right now, and Juventus fans are urging their club to buy him on a permanent deal come the end of this season when his loan is up.

It’s been reported that Chelsea have set an asking price for the club to sell Renato Veiga to Juventus on a permanent deal when his loan move comes to and end this summer.

Exclusive debunks that story though

Renato Veiga smiles in his Juventus unveiling.

An exclusive report from TBR Football says Chelsea have not given up on Renato Veiga with the club always believing he could still have a future in West London.

They also state that, contrary to reports, Chelsea have not set an asking price on Veiga as they believe that if his form continues, his price would go up anyway.

The Blues are ready to move on from Benoit Badiashile and feel Veiga would be the perfect competition for Levi Colwill.

But they also go on to state that the player is happy in Turin and the situation remains open as a result of that.

I’m sure Chelsea fans will want to keep Veiga, so this is good news for them!
