FLW have spoken to our Derby County fan pundit to discuss Ben Osborn, who may be moved on by the Rams before the end of the transfer window.

Derby County have had a mixed start to the 2025-26 season, with defeat at Stoke City on the opening weekend of the League season followed by a penalty shootout win at West Bromwich Albion in the EFL Cup.
But although the League season has now started, the transfer window remains open until the end of the month, there is still fine-tuning that clubs can do to their squads.
And at Derby, there is one player who arrived with a big reputation last year, who hasn't worked out at the club, to the extent that it may be for the best everybody for them to move on.
Football League World have spoken to our Derby fan pundit, Shaun Woodward, about the future of midfielder Ben Osborn at the club.
Shaun doesn't feel that he has one: "If we can get rid of Ben Osborn, that would be brilliant for both parties.
"He doesn't feature under John Eustace, he's got no future at Derby. He's been one of the most underwhelming signings we've made in recent years.
"The player's turned up, he came in with a big reputation, and he's just flopped."
Shaun does have a degree of sympathy for Osborn, who had an injury-plagued 2024-25 at Pride Park: "Injuries haven't helped, but for someone so experienced, we really thought he was going to come in and lead us forward, and he's done nothing for us."
But ultimately, Shaun believes that Osborn is a player who needs to be moved on from Pride Park: "I think he needs a fresh start somewhere else, and we need to free up his wages to get in some younger, more exciting players for the future because it just hasn't worked out."
Having made more than 200 appearances for Nottingham Forest and with five years at Sheffield United under his belt, Osborn certainly arrived at Pride Park with a big reputation when he signed for Derby County in the summer 2024 transfer window.
But things haven't worked out as he would have hoped.
Osborn's 24/25 season was disrupted by injury, limiting him to just 25 League appearances, with problems at both the start and towards the end of the season limiting his game-time for the Rams.
A hamstring injury that he picked up in March left him out of the team for over a month, and when he did return he could only make the bench for the last few games of the season.
At 31-years-old, Osborn looks to be moving towards the twilight years of his career too.
