Barcelona enjoyed a spectacular 2024/25 campaign, not just on the pitch, but also in terms of financial and sporting valuation.
Under Hansi Flick, the Catalan giants secured a historic domestic treble and, in the process, became the club with the biggest increase in squad market value across Europe.
According to recent figures from Transfermarkt, Barcelona’s squad value has grown by an impressive €190 million over the past season, which is the highest any club has achieved this season.
One name stands out above all, Lamine Yamal, as the 17-year-old has become one of the most talked-about footballers in the world.
After an explosive 18 months, his market value rocketed by €110 million, taking him from promising talent to global MVP status.
His current valuation sits at an eye-watering €200 million, making him the biggest value gainer in world football last season.

Elsewhere in attack, Raphinha saw his market price rise from €50 million to €90 million, while Ferran Torres experienced a €10 million increase, now worth €40 million.
Both players benefited from Flick’s tactical system, contributing vital goals and assists in the treble-winning run.
In midfield, Pedri returned to top form and saw his value surge from €80 million to €140 million, reaffirming his place among the world’s elite.
In defence, Pau Cubarsi made headlines too. The young centre-back increased his valuation by €50 million, going from €30 million to €80 million in just 12 months.
Perhaps the most surprising rise came from Gerard Martin, a youngster who was valued at just €400,000 in June 2024. One year on, he is now priced at €12 million, a testament to his breakthrough performances and the trust shown in youth by the new coaching staff.
This collective uplift in player valuations not only highlights Barcelona’s successful season but also signals a promising future.
With smart squad building, consistent performances, and the right leadership, Barça are back on track and the numbers prove it.
