Incoming Barcelona signing Roony Bardghji is fresh off what proved a difficult campaign in 2024/25.

The young attacker, all told, was afforded a grand total of six appearances across the season’s length.

Why, though, did this prove the case?

Bardghji, widely considered one of Europe’s standout up-and-coming talents, suffered an ACL tear back in April of 2024.

As much kept the 19-year-old on the sidelines all the way through late-March of this year, explaining his lack of game-time.

For those not aware, Bardghji is widely expected to put pen to paper on terms with Barcelona over the days ahead.

Through a fresh round of talks between the Swede’s representatives and Blaugrana sporting director Deco, the Copenhagen prodigy is understood to have made clear his desire to seal a Camp Nou switch this summer.

And according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, as much is now on the verge of coming to fruition, for a cut-price fee:
