Arsenal Shirt Collection and Arsenal Fixture News confirm that the plan this weekend is for Arsenal to wear the new white and redcurrant third kit with redcurrant shorts and white socks away to Manchester United.
Arsenal also have a pair of white shorts for the same kit, but Arsenal Shirt Collection reports that the redcurrant ones are the default option, with the white shorts available in case of kit clashes – perhaps in light of UEFA’s stricter kit clash regulations.
In goal, David Raya will be wearing an all-green trefoil goalkeeper kit. Raya wore green and black in a recent friendly against Villarreal, but this is seemingly a different green and white shirt, as shown below.

Arsenal had a few opportunities to debut their new kits during pre-season, but the white third kit didn’t get a run out.
Arsenal wore blue against AC Milan and Newcastle United, then red and white against Spurs, Villarreal, and Athletic Club. As a result, this weekend will be the first time the men’s team has worn the third kit in a match.

Arsenal will want to get off to a winning start in the new shirt, but there are never any guarantees playing away at Old Trafford.
