The UEFA Champions League has highlighted Paris Saint-Germain’s struggles in front of goal. While Luis Enrique’s team can create opportunities, their finishing remains a significant issue.
This challenge has fueled speculation about PSG targeting attacking reinforcements ahead of 2025. The transfer rumors are likely to intensify if the Ligue 1 club fails to advance to the next stage of the competition.
According to Fichajes, Rafael Leão has attracted interest from three major European clubs: Arsenal, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain. Additionally, SPORT reported that Barcelona are also keeping an eye on the AC Milan forward.

Football Transfers reports that Leão has turned down Arsenal after making an informal approach about a January move.
Last month, Mundo Deportivo reported that PSG are interested in Rafael Leão, who has experienced a mixed season under new manager Paulo Fonseca. This challenging campaign could lead the Portuguese winger to consider a move in 2025.
The Spanish outlet suggests the potential transfer could cost between €80 million and €90 million—a fee unlikely to be an issue for the Ligue 1 champions.
Leão’s agent, Jorge Mendes, may play a pivotal role in the negotiations, particularly given the reported tension between the player and Fonseca.
