Yussi Diarra joins Cádiz CF

Malian midfielder Yussi Diarra, 26, is the latest addition to Cádiz CF's roster. Arriving from CD Tenerife, he has signed a four-year contract that will keep him at the club until June 2029.

He was highly sought after, with Albacete among the interested clubs, but ultimately chose the Andalusian project after a decisive last push from Cádiz. According to Sports Cope Tenerife, the transfer fee is around 700,000 euros, with additional bonuses included.

Last season in Spain's second division, Yussi Diarra played all 42 league matches, netting 5 goals and providing 3 assists. Equally comfortable as a box-to-box or defensive midfielder, he even scored against Cádiz at the Nuevo Mirandilla—his new home ground.
