The Gers have not made any significant movements in the winter transfer window, as only Rafael Fernandes has been brought on loan from Lille.

The transfer deadline is here and now they are set to let another one of their players leave the club.

19-year-old versatile forward Lovelace, who has been with the Glasgow giants since 2022, is set for a departure.

He was a Millwall youth product before he joined the Ibrox outfit and now he is on the verge of going back to his old club.

It has been suggested that Lovelace made the decision to leave the Scottish side as he wanted to return to the east London outfit.

The Championship side have lost highly-rated Romain Esse to Crystal Palace, and now Lovelace will add a similar profile to Alex Neil’s side.

The former England Under-17 international has five senior Millwall appearances beside his name and now he is set to increase that number.
