Mark Warburton has made two changes to his QPR starting XI for the visit of Bristol City this afternoon, which has drawn an excited response from fans of the west London club.

The R’s were handed their first defeat of the season by Bournemouth in midweek as Scott Parker’s beat them 2-1 on the South Coast.

Summer signing Andre Gray has been brought into the forward line to partner Lyndon Dykes, with the former Watford man making his full debut for the R’s.

It appears that Warburton has opted for a midfield trio of Ilias Chair, Stefan Johansen, and Chris Willock, which is a bold and attacking move that could cause their visitors some real problems.

Elsewhere, Moses Odubajo replaces Osman Kakay at right wing-back after the latter struggled against the Cherries in midweek.

The R’s have been slow starters this season, often giving themselves a lot to do before pulling themselves back into games, and it will be interesting to see if they do the same against the Robins.

It seems the home support is pretty confident, however, with many fans taking to Twitter to reveal their excitement at today’s line up…
