Both Corriere della Sera and Sky Sport Italia are reporting that AC Milan have heavy interest in bringing back Yannick Carrasco on loan from the Chinese Super League.
Last year, Carrasco surprisingly left Atlético Madrid to join Dalian Yifang in a €30m move just months before the World Cup.
However, for the Milan move to happen, Carrasco would have to take a huge pay cut.
The former Monaco winger is reportedly making €200,000-per-week and should Milan want to purchase him at the end of his loan, Dalian Yifang would likely ask for €30m at the very least.
Though the Belgian struggled to retain his place in the national team, the 25-year-old still made the World Cup squad and made three starts in Russia.
Carrasco also came on as a late substitute in Belgium’s 1-0 semi-final loss to eventual champions France.
