Chelsea currently lead the way and can secure a place in the knockouts as group winners with a win. If they draw, Emma Hayes’ side must hope Wolfsburg do not win order to top the table.

Currently sitting in second, Juventus can move on if they pull off an upset win and Wolfsburg do not win, or if they draw and Wolfsburg lose.

Five-time finalists Wolfsburg will miss out on the quarter-finals if they do not win and Juventus do, or if they lose and Juve draw or win.

Chelsea host Juventus on Wednesday night while Servette face off against Wolfsburg.

Group B

Having secured top spot already, Paris Saint-Germain move on to the next round as winners of the group.

Real Madrid will join them if they win and Kharkiv lose.

However, Kharkiv can still potentially finish in the top two if they avoid defeat and Madrid don’t win.

Despite being last in the group Breidablik are still alive. They must win by at least five goals to reach the top two and also need Kharkiv not to win at the same time.

Wednesday’s fixtures see Kharkiv host PSG and Breidablik host Real Madrid.

Group C

Reigning champions Barcelona have qualified for the knockouts and can claim first in the group if they avoid defeat on Wednesday.

Arsenal, meanwhile, will secure a place in the top two with a win or draw or if Hoffenheim lose.

A win for Hoffenheim alongside a loss for Arsenal would see the German club stay in the race come matchday six.

It’s Arsenal against Barcelona and HB Køge against Hoffenheim on Thursday.

Group D

Group leaders Olympique Lyonnais are guaranteed a spot in the knockouts if they avoid defeat or Häcken and Bayern draw. They can also claim top spot if they win and Bayern don’t.

Bayern Munich will reach the knockouts with either a win or a draw depending on Benfica’s result.

Two options must be avoided if Benfica hope to stay in contention: falling short of a win and Bayern do win, or they lose alongside Bayern avoiding defeat.

It’s do or die for Häcken who must win in order to stay alive.

Thursday’s fixtures see Benfica host Lyon and Häcken host Bayern.
