But SportExpressen via Fotbol Transfers says Wolves have jumped in and opened talks with Peking about a deal for Johannesson.

Peking's board hope to sell the attacker for top price this summer, knowing he wishes to now leave for a higher level.

Funds from the 18 year-old's sale will immediately go to the summer transfer budget.

Bergmann Johannesson joined Norkopping almost two years ago from Iceland's Akranes, where he came through the youth system.

Interestingly, Bergmann Johannesson is English born, though has been capped by Iceland at U17 and U21 level - and made his senior debut earlier this season. Standing at 1.8m, the teen is currently being employed as a winger by Norkopping, though is also capable of playing through the middle.
