Wolves are confident of closing a deal for Real Sociedad striker Willian Jose.
The Spanish striker, 29, is expected to secure a loan move to Molineux - although he will need a work permit to make the switch.
A permanent deal could be on the cards with an £18million transfer fee.
Jose scored twice in Real Sociedad's 2-0 win over Cordoba on Wednesday night.
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo said: “There are things going on but there is nothing signed yet so we cannot speak too much about this situation.
“When he becomes a Wolves player I will speak more deeply about him, when things are signed and ready to go."
