The likes of Ruben Neves, Raul Jimenez and Romain Saiss could all leave Wolves this summer, believes journalist Pete O’Rourke.

The Midlands club have had a largely successful season, but O’Rourke still thinks there could be a squad overhaul at Molineux ahead of the next campaign.

What is the latest news involving Neves, Jimenez and Saiss?

It looks like Neves and Jimenez could both be sold in this upcoming transfer window.

According to SPORT, super-agent Jorge Mendes is trying to move Neves from Bruno Lage’s side to Barcelona, with the Spanish giants looking for a replacement for Sergio Busquets.

Elsewhere, talkSPORT has claimed that Wolves are open to offers for Jimenez and could be willing to sell the Mexican striker for £15m.

As for Saiss, if he leaves Molineux this summer, there will be no transfer fee involved, as the Morocco international’s contract is about to expire.

What has O’Rourke said about Neves, Jimenez, Saiss and Wolves?

O’Rourke expects change at Wolves, telling GIVEMESPORT that he can see Neves, Jimenez and Saiss all leaving the club.

Speaking to GMS, the journalist said: “It looks like there’ll be a changing of the guard at Wolves this summer with some key players maybe moving on.

“The likes of Saiss, Neves, who they’d obviously get a decent fee for, and Jimenez, who has maybe not lived up to expectations this season, could all be on the move.”

Which Wolves player is most likely to stay?

It is easy to see a scenario where Neves and Saiss both leave Wolves this summer, while Jimenez remains.

Neves continues to attract interest from big clubs, such as Barcelona, and Saiss will be a free agent next month.

Jimenez, in contrast, does not seem to have too many suitors right now, while his contract is not up until 2024. Wolves are not exactly blessed with options up front either, so when you take that and all of the above into account, if one of that £63.9m-rated trio is going to stay at Molineux, then it is probably going to be Jimenez.

Wolves are obviously not as rich as the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United, though. If they want to rebuild their squad in the coming months, then the likelihood is that the Premier League outfit will need to sell players and trim down their wage bill.

Therefore, it would not be a shock to see Neves, Jimenez and Saiss all leave the club before the start of next season.
