Liverpool vs Tottenham always promised goals, and has duly delivered already courtesy of Reds talisman Mo Salah.

The Egyptian winger was in the headlines for all the wrong reasons a week ago after a touchline spat with manager Jürgen Klopp, but was restored to the starting lineup on Sunday afternoon.

And it didn't take him long to repay his manager's faith, ghosting in at the back post to nod home after a cross from Cody Gakpo after a spell of sustained Liverpool pressure.

It was his 12th goal against Tottenham, making him the Premier League's joint-highest scorer in the fixture with 9, and he could yet go ahead of Harry Kane in this game or future outings.

Meanwhile, he clearly likes Tottenham, with only goals against Manchester United (14) coming more frequently than those against the Lilywhites.
