Champions in town as Julen Lopetegui looks for second Premier League win
West Ham host Manchester City in the last round of Premier League fixtures before the international break.
The Hammers have now recorded two consecutive wins under Julen Lopetegui, following up their 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace last weekend by beating Bournemouth in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
Hosting a rampant City, however, is clearly a much more difficult task.
Pep Guardiola’s side thrashed Ipswich 4-1 last time out despite falling behind and currently sit top of the table, albeit at this very early stage of the campaign.
Here’s everything you need to know about the game.
West Ham vs Man City is scheduled for a 5.30pm BST kick-off time on Saturday 31 August, 2024.
The London Stadium will host.
TV channel: The game will be broadcast on Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Ultra HDR. Coverage starts at 5pm.
Live stream: Subscribers will be able to watch on a live stream via the Sky Go app.

Lopetegui handed full debuts to Jean-Clair Todibo and Niclas Fulkrug on Wednesday, so perhaps both will start again. Lucas Paqueta and Mohammed Kudus are expected to return, although Aaron Cresswell will likely miss out due to a hamstring complaint.
City were without Phil Foden and Rodri for their win over Ipswich and Guardiola will no doubt provide an update on Friday.
