West Ham United won through to the FA Continental Tyres League Cup semi-finals, along with Chelsea and Manchester City.

West Ham won away to Liverpool with the only goal of the game three minutes from time. The Reds earlier thought they had made the breakthrough but Katie Stengel’s effort was ruled offside. Then froma Viviane Asseyi delivery, Dagny Brynjarsdottir headed home.

Two Sam Kerr goals helped Chelsea progress past Spurs, and gave them a half-time lead by directing an Erin Cuthbert effort home from close range. Lauren James set up Fran Kirby to net the second, Kerr doubling her tally before Drew Spence pulled one back.
Manchester City brushed aside Championship title-chasers Bristol City with five first-half goals, in front of 2,647 at Ashton Gate. Hayley Raso struck twice in the first twelve minutes, Lauren Hemp completed her own brace after the break, while Khadija Shaw and Mary Fowler were also on target.
