Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik is still the subject of much transfer speculation in Italy.
The Naples club wants to rid themselves of his wages and are hoping to push through a January sale.
Journalist Ciro Venerato this week claimed West Ham United had a serious interest in the player.
Now he suggests Marseille may also be in the race to sign Milik.
"Milik can go to Olympique Marseille: the French side are a club where the Pole can land," said the journalist in an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Napoli continue to ask for more than 9 million and there's also a problem with the percentage of resale.
"There's also a chance he'll go to West Ham: a chance offered by the agent."
