Werder Bremen have announced the transfer of England youngster Lee Buchanan.
The 21-year-old has departed Derby County to sign for the Bundesliga club.

The youngster can play as a left-back, while he is also comfortable at centre-back and right-back.
Buchanan made his England U-21 debut alongside Jamal Musiala, who plays for Bayern Munich.
"He's a very talented player who has a lot of experience despite still being young," said Werder director of professional football and scouting, Clemens Fritz.
"We think he's got a serious amount of potential, and he plays with dynamism and real intensity."
