The Blues are bidding to complete the treble at the national stadium after lifting last season’s Barclays FA Women’s Super League title along with the FA Women’s Continental League Cup.
Speaking in the pre-match press conference, Arsenal midfielder Little said that her side are well aware of the qualities of Emma Hayes’ Chelsea team but they have nothing to fear.
“I think fearful is not the right word, we are very aware of their strengths,” Little said. “They have been one of the most consistent teams not just against us but in general and they have been one of the most consistent in England and in Europe for the last few years.
“We have to prepare as well as possible to minimise their threats.”
The 2020/2021 Vitality Women’s FA Cup final sees the top two sides in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League go head-to-head at Wembley and Little admitted that she is really excited by the prospect.
She said “It’s our first cup final with Jonas (Eidevall) being our manager and we have changed a few things with how we play and work this year. We have all taken it onboard and have been really successful with it.
“It is a great time to play a cup final and we are all really excited to be a part of it. To play at Wembley against one of the best teams, I can’t wait for it.”
The 2020/2021 Vitality Women’s FA Cup final takes place at Wembley Stadium at 2pm on Sunday afternoon. Tickets remain on sale and can be purchased by clicking here.
