Footage of the Real Madrid squad coming together to celebrate the club’s La Liga title win being made official has come to the fore late on Saturday evening.

Real, of course, are fresh off wrestling back Spanish football supremacy from arch rivals Barcelona.

After Los Blancos’ downing of Cádiz was followed by Barca slipping to a 4-2 defeat at the hands of Girona, the gap atop the La Liga table officially became an insurmountable one over the remaining four weeks of the campaign.

And the celebrations in Madrid have since been kicked firmly into gear…

Though the official Cibeles party will have to wait for the time being, Carlo Ancelotti’s squad remained behind at the Santiago Bernabéu tonight, to await the result of Barcelona’s clash with Girona.

And, upon the latter’s victory being confirmed, the festivities swiftly began.

As showcased in the footage below, Real Madrid’s star-studded squad came together for a group photo and video, belting out a rousing rendition of ‘Campeones, Campeones, Ole, Ole, Ole’ in the process:
