Villarreal have confirmed the re-signing of Eric Bailly as a free agent after his stay at Beşiktaş was ended.
Bailly penned a one-year contract with the Süper Lig outfit but lasted barely four months before being released on Friday.

But the Ivory Coast international was soon snapped up by former club Villarreal, where he spent the 2015/16 campaign.
Bailly moved to Manchester United, where he spent the next six seasons, before making his ill-fated switch to Beşiktaş.
He returns to the Yellow Submarine with Marcelino’s side sitting a comfortable 13th in LaLiga while they have reached the Europa League knockout stage.
