A pass was played into the Biancocelesti’s 18-yard box that both Elseid Hysaj and Nicolo Barella were chasing after. Unfortunately for Lazio, the Italian midfielder got to the ball first, and the Albanian kicked the underside of his foot.

This resulted in Massimiliano Irrati pointing to the spot; after checking VAR, it was confirmed, and Perisic slotted the ball home to give Simone Inzaghi’s side a 1-0 lead 12 minutes into the fixture.
