There has been a lot of chatter this week about Chelsea potentially building a new stadium, with Todd Boehly and his co-owners apparently on the verge of getting a £500m investment to make it happen.
On Talksport, Simon Jordan dismissed the idea that Stamford Bridge could be redone for anything like that price. He insisted that it would take £1bn, closer to the cost of the new Tottenham Stadium than to the Emirates, which was built 20 years ago.
