The club posted a slick video montage on their official X page showcasing some of the Kenyan midfielder’s greatest moments, as he officially signed a short-term deal until the end of the season.
The video, which has quickly gained traction among supporters, includes a series of Wanyama’s standout goals and big-game moments, particularly highlighting his iconic spell at Celtic. Fans were treated to throwback clips of the midfield enforcer thundering in long-range strikes and towering above defenders to score with bullet headers.

Among the highlights is Wanyama’s unforgettable goal against Barcelona in 2012 — the night Celtic stunned the Spanish giants at Parkhead in the Champions League — a moment still etched in the memory of the Celtic Support.
Victor Wanyama won’t wear his famous number 67 jersey at Dunfermline, instead he’s their new number 44, maybe a decent commercial opportunity missed?
The Dunfermline Twitter page has posted a short clip showing some of the highlights of Wanyama’s career, including his dramatic goal for Celtic against Barcelona, as well as goals for Spurs and Southampton.
