Ivory Coast are taking on Spain in the quarter-final of the Olympics.

The scoreline is currently 1-1 at half-time after Manchester United defender Eric Bailly opened the scoring after corner kick inside the first 10 minutes.

The Elephants booked their place in the Olympics football quarter-final, after securing a 1-1 draw with Germany in their final game in Group D.

Spain, on the other hand, topped Group C after drawing with Argentina on Wednesday.

There was no place for fellow United star Amad in the starting XI but we could see him make an appearance in the second half.

Ivory Coast will need something special on the flanks after throwing away their lead with sloppy defending before the interval. Another moment like that and they could see themselves knocked out of the Olympics.

The winners will come up against Japan or New Zealand in the semi-finals next week.
