Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has shown what he brings to this Chelsea side in terms of leadership after holding a very long conversation with goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen.
Fernandez provided the assist for Chelsea’s second goal to beat Servette 2-0 last night in the Europa Conference League after a hugely poor first half from The Blues.
The game had ended, but Fernandez had not switched off and wanted to relay some instructions to his goalkeeper by the looks of things.
As you can see above, it’s all Fernandez in these conversations as the Argentine seemingly gave out a bunch of instructions to Jorgensen for future matches.
This just shows the leadership qualities that Fernandez can bring, which is great because it looks likely that he will be wearing the captains armband a lot this season when Reece James in not on the pitch.
With James being injury prone, you’d suspect Fernandez will be captain more often than not.
