It must be odd for footballers on international duty. You’re suddenly thrown together into close proximity with a load of players who you normally see little of – then you’re all together cheek by jowl for a month.
What must be even weirder is Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell being in that situation, but then being separated after their covid close contact.
