Value of Hamza Igamane’s impending Lille move revealed | OneFootball

Hamza Igamane (22) is nearing a move to France. Lille OSC currently looks the most likely destination for the Rangers forward, although RMC Sport have reported interest from Olympique de Marseille, whilst Stade Rennais and RC Strasbourg Alsace also hold an interest in the forward.

However, Foot Mercato understands that Lille are the frontrunners to secure his signature. Whilst discussions between the clubs are ongoing, the player himself has already verbally agreed on a long-term contract with Les Dogues.

At Lille, he would replace Jonathan David, whose contract has come to an end, and Chuba Akpom, who has returned to parent club Ajax following the expiry of his short-term loan. Foot Mercato has also revealed the fee that Rangers are likely to receive for the highly coveted Igamane. The publication understands that the final figure for the centre-forward could reach around €15m.

In the meantime, LOSC are also working on a deal to sign Olivier Giroud from LAFC.
