Nobody at AC Milan should get ahead of themselves after beating a Serie B team in the Coppa Italia, but the manner of it was encouraging in view of the trip to face Atalanta.

Against Gian Piero Gasperini’s men it is never easy, especially when playing in Bergamo, but if the Diavolo are able to hold up defensively (against an attack much more dangerous than Empoli and Sassuolo) then they can get a positive result.
