Things are really heating up in the world of transfers now, as Tuesday’s news and rumours are evidence of.

🦁 Domestic deals

A report from L’Équipe claims that Chelsea have submitted an offer to Ousmane Dembélé, who is out of contract at Barcelona on Friday and it is believed that the salary on offer is higher than the amount which is currently on the table from the Blaugrana to prolong his stay at the Camp Nou.

And that is not all for the busy Blues, who have opened discussions with Manchester City over a double move for both Raheem Sterling and Nathan Aké, focusing on their former player due to Juventus’ high asking price for Matthijs de Ligt, while talks for Jules Koundé remain ongoing, according to the Telegraph.

Sky Sports report that Manchester United and Barcelona now have a ‘broad agreement’ on a €65 million deal for Frenkie de Jong which also includes performance-based bonuses and discussions will continue over the final details, with personal terms not believed to be a problem.
