Tranmere Rovers have confirmed that Andy Crosby has been appointed as their permanent manager.
Crosby, who had been acting as interim manager for the past two and a half months, has now put pen to paper on a full-time deal at Prenton Park.
He took charge of the team in late February after Nigel Adkins’ departure, and during his time in charge, Crosby led Rovers to six wins and five draws from 13 matches.
Thanks to his efforts, Tranmere finished 20th, ending the season nine points clear of the relegation zone.
Crosby first joined the club as a short-term coach in December 2024, working with Adkins, before stepping up to become caretaker manager after Adkins was sacked.
