The 24-year-old Ghanaian is open to leaving West Ham and prefers a move to Tottenham over other options. Personal terms are not expected to be a problem.

Kudus joined West Ham from Ajax for £35.6million plus add-ons in 2023.

He made an instant impact, bagging 18 goals and 10 assists in 48 appearances during his debut campaign.

However, his form dipped last season as West Ham finished 14th in the Premier League. He tallied just five goals and four assists in 35 appearances.

Kudus could be a key part of Thomas Frank’s plans

New Tottenham manager Thomas Frank is keen to reshape his attack and has identified Kudus as a player who fits his system.

The Danish boss wants more creativity and direct running from his forward line, and Kudus ticks many of those boxes.

He can play in multiple roles, including as a winger, a number ten or a supporting striker.

Frank wants players who can switch positions and perform different tasks during matches, and Kudus offers that versatility.

The Ghana international is also experienced at the top level, having previously starred for Ajax in the Eredivisie.

During his time in the Netherlands, he scored 27 goals in 87 games and helped Ajax win league titles in 2021 and 2022.

Tottenham are expected to remain active in the market and have also shown interest in Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo.

The club wants to build a strong squad for next season, and Kudus is one of their top priorities.
