Tottenham youngster Bryan Gil responds to transfer rumour on Twitter
Football Espana
Tottenham winger Bryan Gil has responded to a report linking him with a move away.
Gil has found himself touted for an early exit from Tottenham despite having only arrived in the summer.
The winger was part of a player-plus-cash deal that saw Erik Lamela head the other way.
Since then, Gil has only played 86 minutes of league football, and that has led to reports he is ready to call it a day on his Tottenham career already.
Real Sociedad are one of the clubs to have been linked, but Gil is only 20 years of age, and it seems he is aware of the patience he needs to show.
Mundo Deportivo reported today that the winger wants out ahead of the end of the January transfer window.
But Gil himself has replied to the report on Twitter with a laughing emoji and four question marks.
That would suggest the report is wide of the mark and that the young Spaniard will stay put.
